Filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. Currently in development for her first feature film.  Kelsey's directorial debut, "What's Uptick," winning Audience Choice Award at The 48 Hour Film Festival, Los Angeles.   Graduate of California State University, Fullerton - Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema Television Arts.
